The MEMS IMU-B1A/B05A/B03 is a highly reliable, cost-effective six-axis MEMS inertial measurement unit (IMU), suitable for applications like inertial navigation and attitude stabilization. It supports customized hardware/software configurations and the development of high-precision MEMS gyroscopes.
 

Core Process Technology

It integrates high-performance MEMS gyroscopes (for angular motion measurement) and accelerometers (for linear motion measurement) in an independent structure—both represent leading MEMS inertial device technology. Full-temperature parameter compensation (zero offset, scale factor, etc.) ensures long-term measurement accuracy; combined with overall vibration-damping and sealed design, it can accurately measure the carrier’s angular and linear motion parameters even in harsh environments, delivering a low-cost, high-reliability solution.
 

Device & Calibration Compensation Technology

Leveraging accumulated core technologies, it adopts high-speed sampling, full-temperature static error compensation (zero offset, installation error, etc.), and dynamic error compensation (coning error) to ensure high product performance.
