High-Precision Self-Alignment Based on MEMS Technology

The MS8000 MEMS Positioning and Orientation System is a lightweight, compact inertial navigation attitude sensor with the following capabilities:
  • Autonomously completes alignment and outputs accurate azimuth and horizontal attitude;
  • Can be combined with external devices (e.g., odometers) to enable autonomous positioning and navigation of the carrier;
  • Integrates Beidou satellite positioning, supporting integrated navigation (inertial + satellite) when Beidou is available.
Core functions: Outputs the carrier’s position, azimuth, and horizontal attitude (pitch/roll angles).
 

Advanced Processes and Technologies

  • Full-temperature compensation: Compensates for parameters like zero offset, scale factor, and non-orthogonal error across the entire temperature range, ensuring long-term measurement accuracy;
  • High-precision synchronization: Supports external GNSS/PPS input for accurate UTC time synchronization;
  • High-reliability design: Integrated and sealed structure, adapted to harsh environments, stably measures the carrier’s angular/linear motion parameters, providing a low-cost and highly reliable solution.
 

High-Precision Device Manufacturing and System Calibration Compensation Technology

Combined with high-precision device manufacturing processes, the system adopts key technologies such as high-speed sampling, full-temperature static error compensation (zero offset, scale factor, installation error, etc.), and dynamic error compensation to ensure optimal performance in all scenarios.
